Cultivate kindness & compassion for yourself and others!

I believe all individuals are doing the best that they can, in whatever situations in their life and with what they have. I work with an array of intelligent and motivated individuals who have been disrupted by life transitions or mental health difficulties, including children (6+) to adults, couples, and families. I am trained in systems thinking and influenced by attachment, trauma, and the multiplicity of the mind and internal interactions.

While in the process of working together, we’ll develop a positive therapeutic relationship as we work towards change. I value working together and believe that although I may assist in bringing change and healing, the agency of healing comes from yourself.

How I Work

I use mindfulness and relaxation skills to ground and calm you, as well as psychoeducation, cognitive-behavioral thearpy, play therapy, and narrative therapy. I also regularly consult with other professionals to ensure that I provide the highest quality care.

We will explore your experiences and your relationships in order to shift towards healing and growth, and a deeper appreciation for yourself and your life. This process can be challenging, but there is relief and peace as you find trust in your own authentic strength and self, and you welcome vulnerability, compassion, and gratitude.
